No Signature Confirmation or Return Receipt? No Package - Period.

If you use the USPS, don't expect to receive your package unless you use Signature Confirmation or Return Receipt. My sister shipped me a Christmas package from Japan back in January and even though all of my mail was on Delivery Hold until January 4th, they delivered it anyway on January 3rd to the wrong address. I never received the package and the USPS tracking system logged it as "delivered."

They offered no explanation to why it was sent out for delivery in the first place when I had a hold placed on my mail or what they did with a 16-pound package that would not fit in my mailbox. All they would tell me was that it showed in their system as delivered, so there was nothing more to investigate. I, for one, will never use the USPS for anything. In fact, I look forward to the day they go out of business forever. They are worthless.

I'm guessing it's to be the lady of the house? Or to be Sharon's girlfriend? Or perhaps he no longer wants to be called Ozzy and now prefers Granny.
